In this universe, there exists a highly advanced robotic civilization calling itself the Series. Using "Chronosphere" technology, the Series emperor sends fleets to various stars in every galaxy, expanding their territory. If life is detected on a planet, the Series do not negotiate — they apply methods of mass extermination.
While the war for Tiberium between GDI, NOD, and Scrin rages on Earth, all three sides begin noticing signs of an alien presence. These turn out to be the Series, arriving with an army of robots on a "Domination" mission. The appearance of this new threat forces GDI, NOD, and Scrin to reconsider their plans and prepare to face an unknown enemy.
The key mechanic of the new Series faction is time manipulation: the faction can completely freeze time on the map for a set period. Enemy troops and buildings freeze in place and lose the ability to attack. This ability makes the faction extremely powerful.

How to install a mod Crossfire
Extract the archive contents into an empty folder.
Go to the "Documents" section via File Explorer, find and open the "Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars" folder. Inside it there should be a "Mods" folder. If it doesn't exist, create it. Normally it's created automatically the first time you launch the game.
Move the mod folder into the "Mods" directory.Create a shortcut to CNC3.exe, open its properties and add -ui to the target field so that the game launches through the launcher. The result should look something like this: D:\Games\Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\CNC3.exe" -ui
Alternative method: go to the game properties in your Steam and write -ui in the launch options.
Launch the game using the shortcut or through Steam.
The launcher will open — go to the "Game Browser" menu, then the "Mods" tab, select the mod there and click "Launch Game".
Play!
