Command & Conquer: Generals Universe is an unofficial remake of C&C Generals: Zero Hour built on the Tiberium Wars engine, featuring ground-up models, textures, and effects rebuilt to modern graphical standards.

Command & Conquer: Generals Universe faithfully recreates the classic Generals gameplay. Buildings are constructed via construction vehicles or workers, resources are gathered by the familiar Chinooks, trucks, and workers at classic supply docks, and units retain their original voice lines and unique abilities.
There are no Generals in the mod, but three base factions are available:
USA — fully complete.
China — fully complete.
GLA — available as a test faction for mission functionality; development is not yet finished.
Leveraging the capabilities of the Sage 2.0 engine (Tiberium Wars), the game features full dynamic lighting and soft shadows, making vehicles and structures appear significantly more three-dimensional.
Missiles and projectiles leave realistic smoke trails. Vehicle explosions, gunfire, and laser air defense systems look considerably more modern and detailed thanks to an advanced particle system.
Every building features a highly detailed model with crisp textures, as well as full step-by-step construction and destruction animations. Unit vehicle models have gained refined geometry and fine details, while infantry models no longer appear angular and feature smooth running and firing animations.
The game interface has been completely redesigned: building, unit, and upgrade icons have been replaced with new high-resolution stylized artwork matching their original counterparts.
Despite the shift in technology, the developers have preserved the signature fast pace of combat, density of fire, and the recognizable atmosphere of all-out modern warfare.
How to install a mod Command & Conquer: Generals Universe
1) The "Generals" folder should be located in the following path:
C:\Users\!!YOUR_USERNAME!!\Documents\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\mods\
2) The "Maps" folder should be located in the following path:
C:\Users\!!YOUR_USERNAME!!\AppData\Roaming\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\
3) The "data" folder (with Cursors) should be located in the following path:
Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\RetailExe\1.9\
Existing files must be overwritten.
4) The "Launcher" folder (with Cursors) should be located in the following path:
Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\
Existing files must be overwritten.
5) Apply 4gb.exe for:
-Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\RetailExe\1.9\cnc3game.dat
